Raquel Orona is an author, advisor, and founder whose work centers on identity alignment in Christ. She serves apostles, prophets, and high-capacity leaders navigating transition, increased responsibility, questions of function, or patterns they have not been able to resolve through insight alone.

The Journey Behind the Message
Before entering ministry full-time, Raquel spent years in nursing and organizational leadership, serving in environments where decisions carried real consequences and unseen internal dynamics often shaped visible outcomes. Those years strengthened her ability to recognize what is happening beneath the immediate issue and understand how identity, perception, relationships, and responsibility affect one another.
Her message of identity alignment emerged through her own process of following God from season to season, receiving the internal adjustments each assignment required, and learning to stop looking outside herself for language and confirmation for what God was establishing within her.
Over time, she began to see that clarity about function could not be separated from the health of the person expressing it. Revelation alone did not always resolve the beliefs, histories, and patterns influencing how someone interpreted God, themselves, or their present season. Identity alignment became the place where truth moved beyond understanding and began reshaping discernment, relationships, and healthy function.
That journey now informs Raquel’s work with apostles, prophets, and high-capacity leaders. She brings spiritual discernment, practical wisdom, and an ability to name what has been difficult to recognize, helping people become more deeply established in Christ and responsive to the grace available for the season they are in.
