Raquel Orona is the founder and president of Fearless Rock Ministries, an international teaching, equipping, and leadership development ministry dedicated to strengthening leaders and advancing Kingdom transformation in the nations.
A former Registered Nurse with more than 22 years of healthcare experience, Raquel transitioned into full-time ministry with a passion to see people, leaders, and ministries flourish from a place of identity, freedom, and wholeness in Christ.
Raquel is an author, speaker, mentor, and ministry leader known for helping people move beyond performance, striving, and limitation into a deeper understanding of their identity, authority, and union with Christ.
Through Fearless Rock Ministries, she works with apostles, prophets, pastors, ministry leaders, and emerging leaders internationally, equipping them with practical tools, biblical foundations, and transformational frameworks that produce lasting fruit in both life and ministry.
ForĀ over a decade, Raquel has ministered internationally, serving leaders, churches, ministries, and communities throughout Europe and Africa. Her ministry focuses on leadership development, identity formation, discipleship, ministry training, and strengthening those called to influence others.
She is the author of Seated, Not Striving: Why Identity Alignment Changes Everything, a message that has become a cornerstone of her ministry and teaching. Through her writing, speaking, mentoring, and international ministry assignments, she continues to help leaders live from the finished work of Christ rather than striving to earn what has already been freely given.
Raquel believes healthy leaders create healthy cultures, and transformed people transform communities.
